Pick up, long term storage & re-delivery
Solomon & Sons packed everything for us when they picked up our furniture in NC. We used their long term storage service while we waited for our new house in FL to get built. The team that delivered our furniture to us were awesome! We had Richard, Zachery & Emilio. I wish we had them on the front end of our journey! We had some damage due to lack of good packing on the front end. I am optimistic that the claims process will go smoothly and Solomon & Sons will make everything right. Ed Garrett, Sales Representative did an exceptional job assisting us with our entire experience. I would recommend Solomon & Sons to any of my family & friends.

Professional and courteous
Professional company and such sweet workers. We had a terrible time with the subcontractors who hired them. Their friendly staff made our receipt of home goods so much more bearable. Special shout out to Roy! Was able to interact with the subcontractors on our behalf and work out the details. Would highly recommend using Solomon and Sons for your move. Hire them directly!

I moved from a home to storage and then to my new condo. Since my items were in storage for about six months, I was left with many questions as to timing and logistics. When I called to get all the details I spoke with the mist pleasant C/S agent ever!! Kiesha was knowledgeable, pleasant and more than willing to assist me. Why can’t all C/S agents be like her? Mike, team lead at delivery
Wanted to give a separate review for Mike, who led the team at the delivery point of our interstate move. He was exceptional in organizing and managing the delivery of our furniture and household items. He was professional, patient, perseverant, and was on top of the entire unloading, placement, and assemblage of furniture. He communicated frequently during the process, and had the right tools and know-how to do the delivery. He was very conscientious and customer focused. Well done!!!!
Completed interstate move
There are many aspects of a household move that Solomon & Sons do well. For our interstate move from Florida to Texas, we had a lot of confidence in their services based on the initial setup by phone. As the move progressed, our confidence was eroded by the differing informations we received depending upon whom we spoke. At the pack and pickup point, their team was fast and efficient, and more informative regarding the extent and cost of the move. At the delivery point, our expectations were further eroded by the fact several boxes were misdelivered to an address in Houston rather than to us in Dallas, and several pieces of furniture/items were damaged. Overall, they are better than the other interstate movers we have used in the past but they did not meet the high standards they advertised.
