Solomon and Sons is looking for passionate customer service associates who can live and breathe our core values. You would be responsible for addressing customer needs and ensuring they have a good experience. It will require active listening, empathy, problem-solving and communication. You’ll be the voice of the company and it’s up to you to develop personalized and memorable experiences between our clients and their customers.


  • Obtaining positive feedback and providing the highest level of service to the customers assigned to you.
  • Preparation of daily paperwork for both Operations & Dispatch.
  • Customer Service over the phone & via email.

Education Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent

Experience Requirements

  • Previous Customer Service experience

  • Knows how to address customer concerns creatively and share feedback with other teammates
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly
