  • Respond to customer inquiries via various channels such as phone, email, or text promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by effectively addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints, issues, or requests by gathering relevant information, analyzing the problem, and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments, such as sales, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Education Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; at least some level of higher education is preferred
  • Solomon & Sons Relocation will supply field and office training to ensure all representatives are well-trained and capable of providing outstanding performance in their daily tasks.

Experience Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not required.
