Before initiating your claim, please ensure you have unpacked completely and have copies of the following documents accessible on your device:
- Bill of Lading
- Inventory List
2. Online Registration
- Navigate to the CSI website to commence the claim process.
- Complete the form with your personal and moving details, and attach the requisite documents as directed.
- Submit your completed registration form.
3. Verification
Your submission will undergo a verification process, which typically concludes within 48 business hours. Following verification, you will receive an email containing your login details. If you do not find the email in your inbox, please check your "Spam" or "Junk" folders.
4. Claim Submission
- Using the provided login details, access your online account.
- Fill in the claim form with the necessary information.
- For damage claims, ensure you have photos of the damaged items ready for upload, showing both the damage and the entire item for context.
