Moving Experience
My moving experience started off with Chris coming to the house to give us an estimate. He was fantastic. From there we moved on to Jason Soffer who was very reassuring about the whole process. A couple of days prior to our move I called the company to check on something and was informed that Jason had left the company on good terms and my contact person would be Jennifer Vega. Jennifer kept us informed as to when the movers would arrive for our pickup and how the move would go. In the middle of a major snow storm our delivery even arrived earlier than expected. The guys who made the delivery were excellent and at the end of all of the boxes being brought into the house, it was discovered that one box was missing. Boxes were checked by movers and my husband with an unsuccessful ending. After days of checking on other deliveries and with dispatch no good results. In the end Jennifer made sure we were compensated for a portion of our loss and the promise that if our box is located it will be sent to us. During this whole event Jennifer was very professional and helpful.
